Members of internationalization of higher education seminar (IHES) visited
TUMS Core Facility
Following the internationalization of higher education seminar held on April 29th and 30th 2017 in Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Several members of the Seminar visited TUMS core facility , Pro.Nancy Jane Knight (Professor of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada), Dr.Matthew Monkhouse (Global Engagement & Business Development , Macquarie University , Sydney, Australia), Dr.Anzhela Stashchak (Head of the International Relations Office, Kharkiv National Medical University, Kharkive, Ukraine) and Dr. Enayat A. Shabani Director of International Affairs and Development ,TUMS visited TUMS Core facility on April 1st.
Dr. Nasrin Lotfi gave the explanation on different parts of the lab and facilities that available at TCF. Delegates visited cell culture, microbiological analysis, material analysis, molecular biology and instrumental chemistry laboratories units.
Comprehensive explanation about providing services to international and Iranian students, how they are collaborating on research projects as well as the development of international scientific cooperation and student exchange was described by Dr Lotfi.
