The International Day in Tehran University of Medical Sciences

This year, the international festival was held on April 2^nd – 4^th where international students were given a chance to exhibit a sample of their culture. In addition, several university faculties were invited to present their departments and interests. During the visit at the opening ceremony, Prof. Abbasali Karimi, the President of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and his deputy on international affairs Prof. Ramin Kordi, as well as Prof. Mahmood Nili Ahmadabadi, the President of University of Tehran met with Dr. Nasrollah Tabatabaei Shafie, the vice dean of international affairs at the school of advanced technologies in medicine (SATiM) and talked about the current status of international students at the faculty. The international festival is a great opportunity to introduce university faculties and functions and create grounds to attract international students.
