The second program from the Monthly Journal Clubs Series on Advanced Technologies in Medicine was held on Saturday 26th of June 2021 at 10:30 - 11:30 AM GMT 5th of Tir at 15:00 - 16:00 Tehran time. In this session Dr. Amin Ardestani, Junior Group Leader, Islet Biology Laboratory, Centre for Biomolecular Interactions Bremen, University of Bremen, Germany presented one of his latest publications entitled:
“Inhibition of PHLPP1/2 Phosphatases Rescues Pancreatic β-cells in Diabetes”
The session took place in English and after the lecture participants asked and discussed about the topic.
It is important to note that these series are going to be held on the first Saturday of every month with the collaboration of International Office of SATiM and relevant academic groups.
